I offer straight forward hourly rates, discounted packages, and shorter “mini sessions” for targeted help

High School Physics & Math

In person: $85/hour

In person: $95/hour

In Person 1-on-1: $100/hour

Zoom: $80/hour

Groups (2-3 students): $45 per student/hour

Mini Sessions (college only)

Intended for short help on no more than two concepts or last-minute exam questions:

  • 30 minutes: $45

  • 45 minutes: $65

Available Packages

Packages are prepaid and designed for students seeking consistent support.

Package Options:

  • 3-session package: $240 flat rate ($80/hour)

  • 4-session package: $300 flat rate ($75/hour)

  • 5-session package: $365 flat rate ($73/hour)

Use: Packages may be applied to online or in-person sessions for high school, AP, or college tutoring.
Expiration: Packages expire 6 months from purchase unless otherwise arranged.

Pilgram Path Tutoring offers a discounted rate for active-duty military members and veterans. Please mention this when reaching out.

Military Discount

Policies

Scheduling

Sessions are scheduled by email or through the website request form. Availability may vary during midterms and finals.

  • Recurring sessions are recommended for consistent support.

  • Sessions are one-on-one unless explicitly scheduled as a group session.

Cancellation Policy

24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.

  • Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session rate.

  • Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable.

  • Emergencies happen — please reach out as soon as possible if something unexpected comes up.

Payment Policy

Payment is due 24 hours before the scheduled session unless using a prepaid package.

  • Accepted payment methods: Venmo, Zelle

  • Invoices or receipts are available upon request.

  • If payment is not received 24 hours before the scheduled session, the session may be cancelled.

Group Sessions

Must be arranged in advance and limited in size to ensure quality instruction.

  • Typical size: 2–3 students, maximum 4 with approval.

  • All students must be enrolled in the same course or covering the same material.

Policy for Minor Students

In-person: A parent or legal guardian must be present in the home during all sessions.

Online (Zoom): A parent or guardian should be aware of and approve the session, and may attend if desired.

This ensures a safe and professional learning environment for everyone.

Academic Integrity

Tutoring sessions are intended to support understanding and skill development. I do not:

  • Complete graded assignments for students

  • Take exams or quizzes on a student’s behalf

  • Provide solutions intended to be submitted as a student’s own work

All tutoring follows the academic integrity policies of the student’s school or institution.
